Affiliate Partnerships
Find Hosting AI earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with hosting providers. When you click a "Visit" or "Get Deal" link on our site and subsequently purchase a hosting plan, we may earn a commission from the hosting provider. This comes at absolutely no extra cost to you — you pay the same price as you would visiting the provider directly.
How Affiliate Links Work
Every outbound link to a hosting provider on our site goes through our tracking redirect
at /api/go/[provider]. This allows us to:
- Track which pages and link positions drive clicks (for our own analytics)
- Pass an affiliate tracking ID to the hosting provider
- Attribute any resulting purchases back to our platform
We use anonymous session tracking (a first-party cookie) to match clicks with conversions. We never store personally identifiable information in our click tracking data.
What This Means for You
What we promise
- Ratings are computed from data, never influenced by affiliate deals
- Providers cannot pay for better rankings or ratings
- We include providers without affiliate programs when they deserve it
- You never pay more through our links
What we never do
- Inflate ratings for providers who pay us more
- Exclude providers because they don't have an affiliate program
- Hide renewal prices to make deals look better
- Accept paid placements or sponsored rankings
Why This Model Works
Affiliate revenue allows us to provide all our research, reviews, comparisons, and tools for free. You don't pay for access to our data, and we don't hide information behind paywalls. Our incentives are aligned: we make money when you find a hosting provider you're happy with, which means our best business strategy is giving you genuinely useful, honest recommendations.
